Follow these simple steps to permanently delete all your configuration, routines, and account data from the Simba App Blocker:
Go to Settings within the app
Open the Simba App Blocker on your device and navigate to the Settings tab in the bottom right corner of the menu.
Tap the "Delete Account" button
Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings screen. Look for the button labeled "Delete Account" and tap it to start the deletion process.
On the confirmation screen, tap "Delete"
A warning popup dialog will appear outlining that this action is permanent. Confirm by tapping the red "Delete" button.
Log in again to finalize deletion
For security reasons, Apple and Firebase require re-authentication. Log in one last time using Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, or your email password.
Process Complete
Once logged in, the process finishes and all of your session logs, custom schedules, parent PIN hashes, and blocked attempts are permanently removed from the servers within 30 days.
